Dieting alone is not sustainable because all dieting does is change what you are eating, whilst exercise may improve physique and release feel-good chemicals, but neither addresses how or why you are retaining fat, the habits or beliefs.
Weight loss success is a synergy of diet, exercise and mindset. After all, we are not mere physical but emotional and thinking beings as well.
Weight could be due to external events that cause stress, anxiety, depression, etc.
It could also be a side effect of an illness or certain medications but often the cause seems illusive which is why going into the subconscious to find out the root cause makes all the difference.
The subconscious mind holds the answers to your weight issues or why you might be sabotaging your results.

Hey, I'm Donna. I struggled with weight yo-yo since age 14. Not exactly a fan of exercise and a food lover so it wasn't easy to keep up a healthy routine.
But for me, losing weight wasn’t for appearance sake.
My father died of a heart attack in his 30’s when I was just a toddler and I want to be healthy for my girl.
The heaviest I got was during pregnancy when my weight sky rocketed to 194lbs.
I suffered from shortness of breath, bad reflux and classed as high risk for gastrointestinal diabetes.
It took 3yrs+ before I managed to get down to 130lb without dieting or a lot of exercise but losing the next few more pounds proved difficult.
I worked with a Lifestyle Coach to guide me with a diet, create a bespoke at home exercise regime and set a goal to lose 11lbs in 12 weeks.
I knew I needed help and support to achieve my goal, but I also needed to work on my Mindset to stop the excuses and get moving.
Using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), I found and released childhood trauma that was the reason for wanting to keep the extra weight.
Doing so, I smashed 13lbs and reached the magic number that had eluded me for over a decade in just 6 weeks!
Fast forward to today, months after reaching my goal, I am at a new set weight and free from the pain weighing me down.
Now I'm on a mission to help powerhouse women like you to have Freedom from beliefs that don't serve you and Success in reaching your ideal weight so you can enjoy optimum health and performance in life and business.
I know what it's like to feel stuck trying to change old habits, and believe me I've tried it all, always looking for the path of least resistance.
